It has been another extremely successful year for the Conveyor Units Group, under the strong leadership of both Financial Director, Ian Bytheway and Managing Director, Robert Hickman alongside the continued hard work and dedication of all our staff.
We can all agree that the last few years have seen extremely challenging times with Covid, Brexit and worldwide Supply Chain complexities. But, even with these challenges, Conveyor Units Group ended 2021 together stronger than we started it.
In 2021 Conveyor Units Group increased sales by over 20% – on an already record 2020, bolstered our staff numbers by over 10%, increased our floor space to increase manufacturing capacity, introduced new ranges into the marketplace, onboarded many new customers and have been heavily active worldwide promoting and distributing our products.
To ensure this progress continues, both Ian and Robert have been working closely together, over the last 12 months, on future strategic plans and building a long-term vision to guide the Group to even more successes over the next 5 years, part of this vision has been to build leadership to steer the company forward in line with their plans.
These changes will strengthen and develop the senior leadership team as part of the strategic vision of the Group, to bring experience from many different sectors, offer continuity, and to further enhance our already successful business.
As part of these plans and visions, the following organisation changes have been made:
All members of the board will welcome further interaction with our current/future customers and suppliers in sharing our vision and how, we as a collective, can ensure continued successes.
